We bill our clients on a monthly basis with payments due within 10 business days of invoice. All of our clients or their financial representative(s) receive an itemized invoice showing all financial activity for the billable period. Full transparency is a top priority for our managers.

After a FREE, no obligation consultation to determine your needs, we offer the following options.

Monthly Plan: $39.99/month

  • Bill-Pay Assistance

  • Budgeting Services

  • Mail Sorting

 

Monthly Assistance Add-Ons:

  • Insurance/Patient Advocacy - $19.99/month

  • Files Organizing & Archiving - $9.99/month

Hourly Assistance: $89/hour (Not on a monthly or recurring plan.) 

 

Assigned Projects: Fixed or variable pricing available based on scope of work.

 

Do I lose control of my finances by signing up?

No. While our service does become responsible for day to day managing, we do NOT take possession in any way. We utilize a Financial Power of Attorney instrument to provide us legal authority to act on your behalf. This is revocable at any time by our client or their representatives. Our services are month to month which gives total flexibility and control to our clients.

Will you work with my accountant, tax preparer, attorney and other financial professionals?

Yes. We work closely with other professionals who are already in place to assist you with other legal or financial work. Senior MoneyLife is NOT however a replacement for these specific roles. Senior MoneyLife is NOT a legal, investment or accounting firm and does not provide legal advice or investment guidance. We also are not able to prevent your identity from being stolen even though we provide financial monitoring.

Is my personal and financial information safe with Senior MoneyLife?

Yes. We maintain strict privacy and record retention practices of our clients' information including: password protection, multi-factor security measures, and HIPAA protocols.

Our company is a division within Christian Care Retirement Community which undergoes an annual financial audit by a Certified Public Accounting firm and an annual underwriting process by the State of Indiana Securities Division. Our organization also undergoes an annual HIPAA audit by our Information Technology firm.

Senior MoneyLife is also bonded and fully-insured.
